How long does it typically take to process and ship an order?Processing times vary depending on the order size. Small orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 days, while larger orders or terrain sets may take up to 10 days or longer. Please note that some items are made to order, which can affect shipping times.

Do you accept custom or personalised orders?Yes, we do! While we don’t design the products we sell, we’re happy to accommodate requests for specific colours or sizes. If you have a design file you’d like us to print, we’ll do our best to assist, provided it falls within our capabilities. Custom orders are produced specifically to your requirements and are therefore non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. Once a custom order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

What materials are used for your 3D printed items?Our products are primarily created using FDM printers with PLA, a biodegradable plastic known for being lightweight yet durable. This material is ideal for a wide range of applications, balancing both sustainability and strength.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?Absolutely. All our orders are shipped with tracking, primarily through Royal Mail, though we may use other couriers for larger orders. Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

What is your return policy, and how do I initiate a return?We adhere to EU regulations, allowing most orders to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Are there any restrictions on where you ship? Do you offer international shipping?We currently ship throughout the UK and EU. While we don’t offer international shipping outside these regions at the moment, we’re considering expanding our shipping options in the future.
