We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is handled with care, professionalism, and in compliance with UK and EU laws. Please review our customer care policy below:

  • Customer Service Commitment

    • Responsiveness: We aim to respond to all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests within 2 business days. You can contact us via email, our contact form, or through social media.

    • Transparency: We will always provide clear, accurate, and timely information regarding our products, services, pricing, and policies.

    • Respect and Fairness: We treat every customer with respect and aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

  • Product Information

    • Product Description: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our 3D-printed products. However, there may be variations due to factors such as monitor settings and manufacturing processes.

    • Customisation: Some products may be customisable. Please refer to the product description for details and available options.

    • Availability: We strive to keep our stock levels accurate. In the rare event that a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer a suitable alternative, backorder option, or full refund.

  • Custom Orders​

    • We are happy to take on any custom orders, whether this is a change in colour or size or you have a file ready to print. Please note that ​Custom orders are produced specifically to your requirements and are therefore non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.

    • Once a custom order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

    • We take great care in ensuring your custom item meets your specifications; however, slight variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and the materials used.

    • If your custom order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

    • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the item, as these are an inherent part of the 3D printing process.

    • We reserve the right to determine whether an item is deemed faulty or damaged based on the evidence provided.

  • Pricing and Payment

    • Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or taxes, which will be added at checkout.

    • Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • Handling Complaints

    • Complaint Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service or products, please contact us as soon as possible. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

  • Consumer Rights

    • Compliance with UK and EU Law: We respect and adhere to all relevant consumer protection laws, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and EU directives.

    • Right to Information: You have the right to clear information about your purchase, including total cost, delivery charges, and your rights to cancel or return an order.

    • Right to Return: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

  • After-Sales Support

    • Product Support: We offer ongoing support for any issues you may have with our products. If you need help with installation, use, or troubleshooting, please contact our customer service team.

    • Damages: Our team carefully package your order before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. It’s also very important that you inspect your goods upon delivery, and let us know of any damage as soon as possible. Once the damage has been confirmed, we will ensure a replacement is sent, free of charge or a refund is provided.

    • Repairs and Replacements: If your product develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, we will repair or replace it under our Returns Policy and UK consumer law.

  • Feedback

    • Encouraging Feedback: We value your feedback and use it to improve our products and services. You can leave feedback via our website, social media, or by contacting us directly.
